Seeing all the animal tracks in the forest got us the idea to go camping in winter and try to see deer and rabbits in the snow. For sleeping in the tent we brought the CozyBag Snow, filled with good duck down to keep us warm all night. Also getting up in the early morning is painless, just open the bottom, pull it up and step into your boots. Who doesn’t dread getting out of the sleeping bag in the morning for the toilet run? With the CozyBag that’s a thing of the past, you just keep your sleeping bag on.
Moving silently through the early morning forest and staying almost invisible with the white CozyBag we advance to a small creek where many tracks cross it. And indeed from behind the trees we got the chance to see a flock of deers on the way over the creek.
Once they were out of sight we took a few pictures to demonstrate how to use the red cross on the inner lining as an emergency signal. Just an added benefit if you get in trouble on your next winter camping trip.
In hostels and mountain huts you can sleep well and hygienic in your own sleeping bag liner. In this blog post we show how best to take care of your liner after and during the trip.
Tourism may never return to normal, but we can see some positive sides to it. There are many options to take holidays with a focus on the near, the experience, with friends and family. We have collected a few ideas in this blog post.
