In this hot summer, a light sleeping bag liner is often all you need for camping or in the hut or hostel. Our new Silk Sleeping Bag Liner is your most practical companion on every tour and leaves you all freedom to move. Sleep with your arms in your favourite position, but keep your hands warm with the extra long sleeve. No matter how often you turn at night, your shoulder and neck stays covered, and your head too with the hood.
Quickly get up for the washroom or to get the torch or phone. You don’t need to peel yourself out of the liner anymore, simply open the cord at the bottom, lift it up and tie it around your waist, and you got your legs free to walk and even climb stairs. We have marked the bottom of the SilkLiner with a white ribbon, to make it easier to find in twilight to slip in and out.
After a bit of exercise you can even change your wet T-Shirt underneath, if you can’t find a private corner in the hut, and you can keep it on the whole evening, saving the need to bring another pullover with you and also keeping your legs warm.
Compared to our old green SilkLiner the new one is bigger and wider, fitting even people around 2 Meter height. Despite that it still only weights 190 Gram (about 0.4 pounds) and is very small to pack. We made the bottom cord thinner and replaced the cord in the hood with an elastic trimming. Instead of the buttons in front we took the same soft and flat zipper as in the MicroLiner, which is much easier to open and close.
It even has a pocket that doubles as packsack, that saves weight and you won’t ever lose it again. The SilkLiner is available in two colors and the Ripstop-Silk is soft, light and yet tear resistant. The material is very comfortable on the skin and regulates temperature much better than cotton or fleece.Order now
